Daniel Navarro is BuildSite's Associate Product Manager. He learned how to ride a bike in Temecula, California, went to UC Irvine to get a B.A. in Urban Studies, and then, in 2012, packed all of his things into his car and moved to Oakland. He is interested in architecture, business, and the internet, among other things. Before joining BuildSite, Daniel worked for the design division of Orange County’s Parks Department. Daniel likes coffee, drawing, and shifting his own gears.
Ned Trainor, CSI, is the President and CEO of BuildSite. Ned grew up in San Francisco and Burlingame, California. After graduating with a degree in history from UC Santa Cruz, Ned worked for three years as a carpenter, doing residential and light commercial renovation. Ned graduated from Stanford Business School in 1979, joined McKesson Corporation, and then went on to found Distribution Investment Associates. A portfolio company, Burke Concrete Accessories, provided the inspiration for BuildSite, which he cofounded with Mark Anderson in late 1999.
